Kendra has been a monumental part of my life in helping me heal my relationship with food and learn about what makes me feel good in my body. Her kindness creates a judgement free space that makes it easy to have difficult discussions and ask honest questions. Kendra has primarily helped me with overcoming my binge eating disorder by identifying childhood experiences where it started, and giving me tools to use daily to focus on recovery. She has also been a great resource for fueling during marathon training, and is now educating me on preparing my body to get pregnant.
